Therapy and Counselling Services

Marcie Granger MMFT, B.Ed, PBDE
Agape Therapy

My name is Marcie Granger, and I am a Holistic Therapist, specializing in mind, body, and energy work. With a Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and as a Reiki Master I incorporate all my skills to benefit my clients, so they may become embodied individuals who function with conscious action and thought. We all experience triggers and have response systems to those triggers. The goal is to recognize when we are triggered and instead of having an unconscious reactive response, we instead can regulate in that moment and take conscious action that we won’t necessarily regret at a later time. I assist clients with trusting their intuitive knowing and integrating their Self-worth. Self-empowerment leads to clarity which provides opportunities for healing. When people start to heal it activates their energy flow and therefore calls for more positive occurrences to manifest in their lives. This allows folks to find a Self-governing way to be grounded and interactive within the world they live in. I am currently offering in-person and online sessions. I work with individuals, relationships, and families of all different configurations. Historically, I have worked with children, teens, and their families for over 30 years. I have a solid understanding of ability differences and the complexity individuals and loved ones with said differences encounter. I have also spent 10 years living in Northern Manitoba. This opportunity allowed me to engage with and integrate some indigenous perspectives, teachings, and understandings. My lived experiences thoroughly inform my practice. Theories that enlighten my practice are Family of Origin Work, Internal Family Systems, Attachment Theory, Somatic Body Work, Trauma, Quantum Physics and Neuroscience. I am happy to offer a free 20 min consultation call, as it is my belief that the therapist and client alliance is of utmost importance. Please email me a request for a consult if you are interested.

Kristy Carroll RMFT
Kristy Carroll Therapy

We all want to live with meaning and purpose—to be authentic, compassionate, accepting, patient, and forgiving with ourselves and the people in our lives. Sometimes difficult life experiences can cause us to lose sight of this genuine way of being, so we become closed off from ourselves and others. We feel stuck… I am here to support you in exploring and clarifying your 'stuckness', and to work alongside you in locating the strengths, skills, and actions that will help bring you closer to the qualities you value and the relationships you long for. I have been in support roles for mental health for 25 years, practicing therapy since 2004, and graduating with my Master of Marriage and Family Therapy in 2006. I am an approved provider for Blue Cross, Green Shield Canada, Sunlife, and Worker's Compensation Board. Other benefit plans may also cover therapy services. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out!
